I think it's just a name, otherwise known as a DBA when one is required to file papers for your business with the City of Sacto. Along similar lines, I want to say it's akin to Hong Kong Islander Restaurant, located on Freeport Blvd, where there is nothing specifically "Hong Kong" about the place, but they do speak Cantonese there though - lol. BTW, excellent food at BOTH places - especially Dim Sum at HK Islander! Anyways, that's my 2 cents.
